The Solution Center Services team focuses on ownership, administration, and management of business processes for clients. Our services cover diverse sets of domains such as payroll processing, benefits administration, tax and financial services, and pre-employment services.

Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM)

Freshers :

    Fresh BA, B.Com, BHM , MA & M.Com graduates (2014 pass outs only) with 60% plus marks throughout the academics
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Good decision making skills
    Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things
    Willingness to work in late night shifts


Laterals

    1 to 5 years of experience in providing Inbound / Outbound Voice support to International Call Centers via telephone
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Good decision making skills
    Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things
    Willingness to work in late night shifts


Qualification: BA, B.Com, BHM , MA & M.Com

The following candidates need not apply:
